How do I Back Up the Database?

First of all, the machine that you are doing the back-up from needs to have access to the Punch Clock database.

The easiest way to find the database location is the start Punch Clock, go into the Admin Console.  Then click on Maintenance -> Database Location.  In the box will be the location of the Punch Clock database file.

Backing up this one file will save all of your configuration and data.
