Why does this warning box pop up when I install Punch Clock on Windows Vista?

Depending on how many programs you install, you will find that almost ALL programs that you install on Windows Vista will show this warning.

Certain privileges are required in order for the installation program to create folders and copy files to your hard drive.  Since Windows Vista recognizes this requirement, it automatically "warns" you that this program needs higher privleges to run.  Since there is no way around this (besides completely disabling the Windows Vista features that do this), the yellow box has to stay.  But this will only happen during installation or upgrading up Punch Clock.  The warning box will not appear when you run Punch Clock.
