Screen Shots

Below you will find screenshots for some of the screens in Punch Clock.  A brief explanation
will follow each image, describing what you are looking at.

Main Window

Above is the main Punch Clock screen, that you see when you log in.  You will note that the
menu across the top only has three options.  More options appear when a manager logs into manager mode.

Punch In Screen

Above is the Punch-In screen.  This screen shows all of the users who are active, and not currently punched in.  There is an option available to hide the list, and require employees to punch in using thier employee number.

Punch Out Screen

Above is the Punch-out screen, and it shows all of the employees currently punched in.

Manager Mode

Above shows the additional menus available when logged in to Manager Mode.  The Employee menu is opened as an example.

Find Employee

Above is the employee search screen.  You can locate employees by name or by employee ID.

Employee Maintenance

The employee details screen allows you to add/edit information about an employee.  You can also manage sick/vacation days, attendance, and have a free-form "word processing" section for keeping notes.

Verify Timesheets

Managers need to verify employee timesheets before they will show on a timesheet report.  This gives the managers the chance to look at each employee and make sure that nothing is out of the ordinary with the timesheets.  Managers have the ability to edit and/or delete timesheets from this screen.
