Lost Password

Have you lost the password to your Admin Console?  We highly recommend you writing down the admin password in a safe place, but if you have not done so, all is not lost.

If you send us your database file, we can decrypt your password and tell you what it is.  You can then get into admin mode and change it.

Retrieving the password requires processing on our side, so it is a charged service.  Again, we HIGHLY recommend keeping your password in writing, somewhere safe.
